mr Kennedy if you want to stop the deaths in cause from alcoholic beverages and with prescription medication then stop your views as marijuana as a drug and see it as a plant witch it is and the overdose rate for the last 5000 years of marijuana use not a single person has overdose from it not one and the side effects from marijuana have been proven to be far less harmful then cigarettes and alcohol yet it is still illegal so if it was over health then why is it better for you yet still illegal

mr Jordan you should be taken from your office and not given the right to speak seeing you say for Americans but you say that with out getting Americans views and from my understanding some doesn't speak for all seeing over now about 60% of Americans want marijuana legalized yet you still say that's not what we want well 60% speaks for more then half the country so if it was up to the people like the government says then why haven't you legalized it yet and seeing I'm a tax payer I'm one
