I see this guy in the video moving his two middle fingers while keeping the other three straight as he moves his hands. Is that his own thing or is it part of the exercise? Should one focus on that?

those a bunch a cheater and lier, they all for one reason, US or other country Greencard. have you ever see any of these guy not apply greencard? almost none. those garbage come to these country , they bring their bad habbit here, they talk are talking one thing, and doing different thing.
keep in mind with this practice no teachers are aloud to make money teaching it, its against the masters wishes. and the books are also for free online always. theese practices esp the last on and really only the last one like is fantastic.
when u have tried it ill listen, but keep in mind, most people have imaginary friends and pray to it, and usually for a minute or so a week, when youve sat like this for 60 minutes a day for a few years then ill take you com for meaning something, sorry but most people and imagine u to dont have what it takes to do it, ive seen the general population on multiple continents before. odd are in my favour.
Well i keep noticing how people who say negative things are just venting their imature side because i debate with them about FD and they always seem to run away. I guess they dont know what they are talking about because they dont study in detail, only judge it in bias! Not exactly intellectual are they? They dont try to back up what they say they just spew out negative comments, its so immature and ignorant. Some even say the concentration camps dont exist! What if i said jews never died? Think
