This guy has some crazy charisma. One of the finest performances I have ever seen. He is scary as hell in this movie and had me watching his every move from facial expressions to just pure homicidal maniacal madness. @TsakirisAlexandros i see your trying to make your point which i respect but i cannot agree with....this a very touchy subject anyways for most people and it is very difficult to be neutrual about anything concerning it.....i say we must agree to disgree.(however ,Fiennes is on record as saying he did not enjoy playing that role actors take these kinds of roles as challenges to their skill not because they like the subject matter)

@vardiss22 Then talk about Ralph Finnes acting abilities and mental state. Because the subject is by far nothing strong at all. Killing someone with a gun is a salvation if you are on a concentration camp.
If I was an inmate of that hell place I would wish Amon Goeth would shoot me cold blooded instead of torturing me or making human experiments on me alive and without anesthesia!
So the people who played the doctors that did the human experiments... did they commit a suicide in real life?

@vardiss22 if Ralph Fiennes needed mental help it was because Fiennes had a mental case not because he played that role! And of course if he indeed actually needed help then I should expect the jew media to serve it as if it was because of the Nazi issue!
Like if Britney Spears played at any part of her life a Nazi woman, I am sure the media would say "Princess of America started drugs because she portraited a Nazi".
And you get the point. Fiennes did not get sick for playing Goeth for sure!

This guy has some crazy charisma. One of the finest performances I have ever seen. He is scary as hell in this movie and had me watching his every move from facial expressions to just pure homicidal maniacal madness. I have watched this movie about 9 or 10 times from 1993 and every time I watch it, different emotions seem to come over me. From watching Liam Neeson, Ben Kingsley and especially Ralph Fiennes. This movie is the definition of HOLOCAUST!!!!
