sry to say. but this consturction needs improvement, its really shaky. probably shakier than it would be if you´d go handheld. first of all i would construct both arms (sry, dont know an other word for it but i guess you know what i mean) from the same material. then i wouldnt choose some insable, light metal or plastic arms but rather heavy, thick and stable aluminium pipes. also get some counterweights to balance the crane

better no crane shot than a shaky one!

You should deinterlace your footage for a nicer look. And maybe color correct it a bit. Otherwise it was kind of nice :)

Very cool! I love the way the bottom of the center tube fits perfectly on that flange at the top of the tripod. I have learned so much by watching vids by people like you. I hope to make a crane someday myself, but it's a lot of fun seeing other people be so creative and resourceful.
