I want to build an 68 Impala with a all aluminum 540 twin turbo (maybe from NRE) making around 1000hp but in the turbo forum the members tell me with 18 or 20 inch wheels I will have nothing but trouble getting a bit of traction, what is your opinion and experience?

I am going to run a Jake´s Rod Shop full perimeter subframe that will be have additional bracing to make the car very stiff.

I don't blame him for being careful. 1000 Hp is not something that you can just jump into and drive right away like a mad man, if you've had no experience. 1000 HP has the potential to spin those tires at over 100+Mph! That is no joke. This C4 Callaway is very nice, thumbs up.

Twin Turbos give you the option of running a stock sounding cam without loosing power. Plus the turbos quiet down the exhaust a little too. Sick.....

man nelson sorry to burst ur bubble but u should have gotten the 87-91 callaway they were already twin turboed and were the best callaways during that era ..with the most power....BUT THE 1991 IS THE BEST OUT OF 87-91 with lots of more tq and power...just informing u ...i love callaways vettes and thnx for ur vid keep them coming
