There is a better question here, That Jesus was able to save everyone's soul by dying, but not by his free will but by that of Judas who betrayed him. So Judas is the true savior of mankind according to the bible. Cause in the end he was destined to not only betray his teacher but to be put in a special part of hell for doing what the savior knew he was going to do from the last supper. Judas still knew he would go to hell for this but his "free will" forced his hands. Otherwise why suicide?
Go ahead, I don't need the credit either. I ask questions because blind faith in anything that comes from the writings of man is to me a flawed state of logic. Mankind coming from incest now only from Adam but Noah as well is a fun fact I point out. I truly tried believing at one time. But then I made the mistake at rationally tearing the bible apart to get the facts. The only real reason Christians are around in the numbers they have is Constantine. Believing to become sheep......
I think Anna Rice stated what your saying in one of her books(memnok) , I have seen more pain from people and more anguish than most. I don't hold anything that I can't see or better yet can't feel within myself. I know I love but so do I hate. But the things I now hate are to fools who see things from a false sense of being. Hype on my spelling and I keel you ...lol
Coalition, original sin is the sharpened sense of self which 'fallen' people like you and I have. It was brought about to cope with an environmental change in the MidEast and greatly affected the left hemisphere. We have evidence of the changes in psyche from the archaeological record and study of indigneous cultures. 'Satan' is the sharpened sense of self. We feel lonely and incomplete, walled off. Because of this seperation from God we try to fill this void with our covets, leading to sin.
Good point! Having to conquer that which he created!
Actually, I have said for years that the crucifixion (if it happened) was a fraud, because if Jesus was God, by definition he was incapable of death. That is what immortal means. The idea that he could be fully God and fully man at the same time is quite simply a lie.
I think most of modern christianity is a fraud, and nothing like it was 2000 years ago. There are just too many contradictions, and I have yet to be shown why they believe in a Trinity, I'm pretty sure Jesus said he was the son of god, and that god was the only one they should be praying to and that he himself was nothing.
Great stuff.

Right, I found it unlikely that someone hadn't thought of it. I've experienced more overall pain than Jesus has...

Jesus would be in more pain if he could see what his followers have turned into.

Lmao at "sky douche"!
I've never thought of it that way. You should check out Bill Maher debating Mike Huckabee on religious issues like these.
Anyway, this was short and simple. Good job.
