Yes, I darkened a picture of Kate Winslet as Ophelia, to make it a picture of Pippa after she died and was buried in the "real world" [to match the other slides corresponding with the events of the first book; as you've probably already figured out, the ring= engagement ring, drowning= when Gemma left her behind, girl in coffin=Pippa dying after she ate the berries in the Realms].

Whoops, wrong picture! LOL! I thought you meant the one at 0:53, which is Kate Winslet as a dead Ophelia in a film version of Hamlet. But, yes, the picture at 1:26 is also Kate, since, at least in that photo with the white-blonde hair, she made a good Fee.

Yeah, glad you caught that; the idea was, since the blue-white eyes were the most obvious outward sign that she was turning to the dark side, I had the eye flashing between the pictures of the two of them, to signify "Wait, something's not right here. Oh, yeah, that's right, she's EEEEVIIILL!"

Its so sad what happen to pippa! I think her and Felicity went great together. I'm really proud of Libba for putting homosexuality. That was really bold to do. And it turned out very well.

She did so probably because her own father was a homosexual pastor. Though it was a bold decision, I think she did take a bit of a stereotypical route to the female-to-female relationship: The empowering feminist and the weak, frail, feminine girl in a twisted, luscious romance. I think Felicity would have better been suited to Ann, personally-that would have been an unlikely twist, don't you think? Pippa...yes, she is stunningly beautiful, but she has very little depth to her character.

Yes, I totally agree! It was stereotypical but I really didn't see it coming; never expected it from Libba. I commend her for it and can over see the stereotypical thought. But think about it... nothing about Anns personality would show she went that way. So she had to work with what she had. And well the very little depth of Pippa gave her more room to do that. And if Pippa did have more depth the book would be 10xs longer. lol =-D
