I just saw 2 things I never knew that could use for eye problem. Lacricert and Smoothe Xp. Lacricert is for dry eyes of some sort and smoothe xp is for oil lipid deficiency. Wondering why most doctors don't talk about lacricert.

I've had Bleph for about 5 years and also had a chalazion removed (from the upper corner of inside my eyelid). They didnt get rid of it, but it's practically gone of its own accord now. Infact feeling it now It seems to be gone.

The baby shampoo thing tended to hurt my eyes more than help. I find that filling the sink with warm/hot-ish water and holding my face under for 5-10 mins (not continuously :P ) , then scrubbing my face with a slightly soaped cloth, then filling the sink with cold....

... water for about 5-10 mins helps quite abit.

I'd recommend getting some of those goggles that you fill with water and put in the microwave for heat ompresses (or the potato thing in the previous video) cos I always found that I got bored of doing using the hot tap and a cloth, to the point I packed it in.

I've also tried Artificial Tear drops but they tended to give me conjunctivitis after a bit... as did using caster oil (tho it did help temporarily)

The holding your face under the water routine also helps your skin and really helps to wake you up in the morning :)

I really want to get rid of this damned bleph. To other people it doesnt sound to bad, but its the constant irritation that can be incredibly frustrating.

I hope you manage to get rid of your bleph!
