I went there a few years ago and while in the basement, We heard footsteps upstairs and the batteries in my digital camera was drained. I put 3 sets of new batteries (opened the pack at the house) and my rechargeables were all dead with in 15 minutes of being in the basement. There was also a heavy knock on the door when we was on the main floor. I was the only one that would open the door. That seemed staged, but you never know....
