this is nice power but if its non intercooled that means after a few runs when that turbo gets hot its gona loss a shitload of power untill the turbo cools back off.. why not have a intercooler i got one on my 98 mustang modular stroker motor  with garett turbocharger.. intercooler is a must have

@seattlebmx true to a point. Think of this: Turbo is producing X pounds of boost. With an inter cooler, the air fuel mixture entering the engine is cooler, resulting in a lower engine temp and exhaust temp. Without an inter cooler, the air fuel mixture is hotter, higher risk of detonation, and way hotter exhaust temps. So, in a way, inter coolers do cool your turbo :_)

I had a 79 Camaro when I was like 17. I got it for $100 , took out the stock 6 cyl. and put in a 350 chevy out of a wrecked firebird for $400 and added some headers. Im glad that mine did not have as much power as this bad ass because I found enough touble with my stock setup at a young age. Its all about restraint on the street. Im not sure that I would have restraint even today In My mid 30's. That is one bad ass car. I like seeing and hearing cars like this out drift ricers.

running a blow through carb system really dose not need a intercooler because since the intake is a wet flow type system and not multi port injection dryflow type system the fuel helps kills the heat of the intake charge

Read a book or two, dude. The OLD 10-bolt with 8.2" ring gear is a weak piece of junk. The new one with the 8.5" can hack a lot of punishment...

true, the 8.5" 10-bolt with a good set of axles and limited slip unit can handle alot of torture. my nova has an 8.5 10-bolt. it handles 150 shot off the line. stock axles have broke. new running strang. not a problem since. car makes just over 415 n/a and 577 on the bottle. 8.5" 10 bolt, stock mono leaf rear suspension suspension setup, CE shocks. any other questions?
