  • Too fast for my taste.

  • i can see he feels the music.

  • @tacoismykitty Asians don't have feelings. They can do everything, but they don't have feelings.

  • @ThePowerBolf ehh..what the heck do you even know about Asians?...you can't judge "ASIANS" overall..

  • Äääh.... Fuck, is this good! Genial !!!!

  • Sad, it's so wrong, that's not Lacrimosa. The first notes are wrong and the rest too :o

  • Mozart, genial.

  • thumps up if ya cant play piano !!! xD;

  • @bigbobgotu How did you know he was wearing camo if you could not see him? 0_o

  • @BckToFront haha! good one! :P

  • Holy shit!! Floating hands and head playing piano!!!!! o_O

  • how long have you played when you did this?

  • Good job! As a previous commenter said, the phrasing was excellent :)

  • what ever you can do ... an asian kid can do't better than you :'(

  • could you teach me?

  • You are an extraordinary pianist!!! Don't let some negative comments here put you down they are just envious of your amazing talent!! Keep up the good work!!!! =)

  • Great performance. I loved watching it.

  • no es agradable el sonido.

  • Yes, the tempo is a bit rushed, but don't slam this youngster. I am honoured to see a young man of his age playing and understand the absolute beauty of it's sound......AND he nailed the phrasing dead on. I would like to see the people talking poorly on him show us what THEY can do with the requiem.

  • @themistressishtar what he/she ^^^ said

  • fuuuuck i wish i still had my piano. you may not realize this. but you have a talent at that age. i hope it develops. and you will be proud to see this video years from now.

  • @ATERIFA It was perhaps nice--except the cuss word :** cry/sadsad~-> lacrimosa

  • Thanks for posting! Keep at it, you should be proud!

  • what a beautiful rendition!

    congratulations

I loved your work and play

enjoy the fruits of your practice!

  • it seems like you play it just because

  • the use of the pedal is wrong

  • cute! and it sounds very nice!

  • krÅss_lËÙtÊ_sûcht_mål_nâch:_olikohle_áÛf_gò0gle_vôll_gèïl

  • It's raywillamjohnson as a kid!!!!!

  • excellent piano rendition of the song

  • Zbyt dużo niepotrzebnych ruchów świadczących o braku techniki i umiejętności poprawnej gry.

  • Wow, good job! This is one of my favorite pieces. I hope to be as good.

    And to bigbob...Ha! ;)

  • Honestly, I see a lot of talent here. Now that doesn't at all mean that he is doing great with this piece. This is the Liszt transcription he's playing, but he needs to learn about more techniques to improve how he approaches this piece. One key tip I would give is be mindful of the 2 NOTE SLURS!!!!! These are just imperative in this piece and any other piece he plays of the classical era. If you don't know what a two note slur is, shoot me a message and I'll fill you in.

  • gosto desta musica

  • Bravo!

  • TURD

  • TURD

  • he needs to stick to mozart renditions and quite messin up beethoveen

  • @dozie85 and you need to learn to spell correctly if you choose to insult .. its " quit " not guite tool

  • ciao a tutti qualcuno puo dirmi dove posso trovare questo spartito ???

    grazie

  • Sounds like a liszt piece. That's pretty interesting :)

  • U are great, good luck

  • Well done!

  • DUN DUN DUN DAAAAAAA! Llll

  • Seeing videos like this single handedly restore my faith in humanity, it makes me forget so many things that make me angry, so many people who's ignorance infuriates me. You're amazing young man, keep playing like this.

  • Look! 65 Envy people do not like the little boy playing...Because of people like these Mozart has died in pure poverty and was buried in a no name grave...Human being are a Big Shame!!

Keeping playing boy...Music does our spirit shine!! You play very well.

    Congratulations!!!

  • Keep playing. Don't ever stop.

  • BRAVO!!!!

  • Talent

  • I love it, great work, sir!

  • a little bit weird, cause of the army drees and this beautiful song....

    Nevertheless.........great thumbs up

  • Great musicianship for someone so young.

  • WELL PLAYED YOUNG PADAWAN :D the force is STRONG WITH THIS ONE!!!!

  • horribly out of tune

  • @ahero971 cromatic?

  • Great feeling.

  • Kid, you are AWESOME!!!

  • Congratulations to BEN. He has a talent for understanding the orchestral push and pull in this composition. Keep it up BEN you are great and wonderful road.

  • Great man!! I really enjoyed listening this. Your perform is brilliant. Wonderful!

  • Really well done!

  • Me parece una excelente interpretación. Una delicia.

  • Always liked this music

  • I play this piece as well, and my apologies if i bare a burden by being critical, but you aren't playing the left hand correctly from 0:19 to 0:30. You are repetitively hitting the D octave four times, when it should be D octave, then F octave, then E octave, then A octave.

Other then that, good job. (=

  • @Yogahogah Burden ;D;D

  • i wish i could play the piano half as good as this kid! great job!

  • how can you dislike this?!??

i love it! good job (:

  • @Lollipop3061 I also like it, but has nothing to do with Mozart.

  • @dncviorel whatever, he is so young. he did a good job :)

  • WONDERFUL!!!

    GREAT JOB

  • Great!

  • wow i could not even see the player with all that camo he had on

  • @bigbobgotu What player?? I thought it was one of those automatic pianos!

  • @bigbobgotu yeah its unreal how he totally blends with the environment

  • @bigbobgotu HAHA! Funny one!!

  • WOW! Really awesome ^-^. From one musician to another, just watch somw of your pedalling, so as not to chop it up, and watch some of your chord structures. It was EXCELLENT, keep up teh good work. ;)

  • You have a kind of genius ! i respect you cause i think even if you do not play the same as mozart version that you got the good feeling to do your own stuff . you are great keep it up

  • @BodaciousBahar I cannot fly to the grace of a falcon. but what human trot such audacity as to not recognize repugnancy between the plebeians, and ever-enduring bards.

  • @kennykiller911 At his age you should be critic but not in an ofensive way dude

  • @kennykiller911 LOL, where did that comeback come from? Wikipedia I'm guessing...you fucking simpleton.

  • @BodaciousBahar Thanks for you comment and I fully agree with you. I know it's disheartening but do not give weight to inappropriate commentary you see on the internet. Just accept that everyone is in a developing state of awareness. For example, people see an image on their computer screen like this talented kid and they do not connect in their mind that it is a real person and not an object. If this was in person they would have felt differently about it.

  • @BodaciousBahar You have the wrong kind of approach. Critique is a way to improve yourself. Your pitiful atempt at ad hominem has been noted.

  • @Salisaad Just because it wouldn't be your kind of approach doesn't make it wrong. That said, I stand by my opinion, there's a way to offer advice/critique that is palatable rather than hurtful.

PS ~The word 'pitiful' suits you so much better!

  • @kennykiller911 you spastic

  • @kennykiller911 I've been playing piano for years. I dont hear any mistakes in this video. Are you sure this is the right video you're commenting on?

  • WOW~~

  • awesome

  • the beginning change from the original song was terrible. Otherwise the rest of the changes made in Requim were quite alright.

  • i hear a clock tikin

  • you are amazing !!

  • OMG love it! ur amazing :)

  • I love it ^^ Good job kid ^^ *thumbs up*

  • my hat goes off to this boy.. truly a master of the piano. too many kids his age quit getting piano lessons, it's such a shame

  • @xXxhybridmeteoraxXx fuck you they were lame as fuck

i dont wanna play a two bar song about clowns and shit...

    jerk...

  • @xXxhybridmeteoraxXx

yea...is it ever to late to re learn the piano again?

    im 17 =/ quit when i was 12

  • @1piecemage if you can still read music it's easy to pick up again. I quit when i was 15 and started again when i was 19. if not, its easy to find guides online to learn which note is which. go for it! ^_^

  • Once your hands get bigger you wont have to do that crazy cross-armed stuff as much.

  • wow nice kid keep it up youll be even beter wen ur older if u keep it up

  • This song is beautiful. Fresh of the battlefield still in his camo. *Solid Snake voice* "War... has changed." jk but seriously this is a really great version.

  • Wow, very good.

  • Holy smokes kid that was pretty neat stuff for something played from memory...it lacked feeling though. The problem with playing from memory, especially when you aren't the composer, is that it's easy to just play it automatically, and not give what you're playing any kind of real feeling. It's a good effort otherwise. Nice job.

  • Can I request a Justin Bieber cover.

  • @GTAxJoNewfoundlander All of your taste is in your mouth. If you can't appreciate good music then begone, and leave only nice things to say!

  • nice job.

  • @kiowaloveflute Are you serious. What a bunch of SHIT

  • @GTAxJoNewfoundlander why what's shit?

  • hey little one, you play very nice, serious, but can i give you an advice?

lacrimosa song ask a sad sound, you play a little fast, i couldn't fell sad listening =/

  • @dnaryt

  • @dnaryt I'll also give you some advice. Justin Bieber is where it's at. Keepin it REAL

  • I like this kid you can be a composer

  • Let's all chip in and get that kid a Steinway; he deserves it!

  • good job.. If you ever get stuck with the thought of that you don't know what to do to improve..try to learn the songs you play without looking.. that really helps you to play better ^^ Always play from your heart *hugs*

  • Hard hard work.!

  • u r a genious !

  • Fantastic.

  • you are paramount Ben, and this in your very young older! Would you like to play one of my written songs? Greetings :Sg

  • NO TIENE MADRE ESTE CHAMAKO

  • You should NEVER EVER alter in any way Mozart's music...unless you think you know better than he how HE wanted it??

  • HE NEEDS A GRAND PIANO

  • he is not child genius such as other little wanly children, but he has personality and passion, and this is better for the keyboard and my ears.

  • wrong harmonies.

  • bravo i cried when i heard that!

  • @FVI6 fingido??? nisikiera haay sentimientO!!! O.o! pura mmDa

  • you go boy!! i enjoyed listening to you play !! keep up the good work !!

  • Bravissimo!

  • I'm pretty sure this is Liszt's transcription of Lacrimosa...

  • It is!

  • beautiful piece!

    u're a genius

    xD

    great job man

    c u!

  • you're really good!

  • You play so cool the piano,,, i`m one of the best piano players of Toluca,Mexico sorry about my english, but i had to comment, jajja but, you play the piano amazing, really i know .. you know that ,, but i was asking me Do you play another instrument ,, and ... how much time you spend studying piano and how long you have studied??

  • you never let me down

  • haters are jus jealous ....keep doin what u do

  • Fucking genius!

  • Kiddo. You did an amazing job with this song. Regardless of what people are saying, it's obvious that you feel the song when you play it. Your body language is loud and clear. Don't let 'em tell you that because you're young you don't feel it. Keep playing, and always keep improving. Again, well done.

  • There is a more beautiful rendition of this piece:

    watch?v=p3nSJF7VV_M

Check it out if you want to.

  • Emotion

    You have to incorporate emotion.

    Screw Age.

  • This is apparently a younger gentleman and I believe that while we all know that this piece is better for live choral and orchestral production, it is not only admirable that this young man tried to do it, it is even more enviable that at his age, he interpreted and executed it pretty well, notwithstanding. Cut him some slack, will ya? Of course it was a bit uneven in places, but this kid has nowhere to go but get better, Cheer him on; don't tear him down!!!

  • Hey, tearing this young gentleman down is the last thing I´d want to do. He is a great pianist already and can only get better and that´s an exciting thing for me to watch, though only here on youtube. And I agree, he interpreted and executed it well. All I was saying is that I believe a piano cannot do justice to this piece, it obviously isn´t a piece for piano.

  • @gmabsmail he did very well. seeing as how young he is i would like to see him come up with something of his own, and not just play something of mozarts, i also understand of course how hard mozart was. and this is one of his darker pieces. u can tell because it doesn't have a happy ending. not everything he wrote was exuberance

  • @gmabsmail it's List's interpretation of Mozart)

  • I tjink he dn't have feeling to play this song he have too much to learn before he can play this with feeling and this is not a genius he onlu now how to play a real genius know how to feel the music and to transmit the feeling when he plays a song not only play the song

  • how old is he O.O

  • I love it!

  • how old is this kid?!

    Adios envidioso.

  • Who's playing the piano? The keys move...but I dont see anyone....WAIT A SHADOW! Other that that great performance

  • He's just camouflaged.. It must be someone there..

  • Who's playing the piano? I can't see anyone. I just see some folliage in front of a piano. Odd..

  • this kid begins his own style. If he keep on practicing and try improve...I bet ya, he will be one of the best.

  • utubmania, he's already one of the best. He's also a composer, and can do improv. He's a little genius!

  • @utubmania2009 He is good.. But becoming one of the best is exaggerating a little in my opinion. If we we're to bet you would be against all odds, so I'll bet against you. But hopefully he gets to use his natural skills to something more important and bigger then making small videos on youtube.
