I'd like to tell everyone that the voices in this video are old. Really old. I don't think any of the voices in this video are still in the game

We have to change all of them because the old voice actor cannot redo the lines. Therefore so that every class has all the needed lines, plus all the new auto-triggered ones, custom pain, death, etc. sounds we had to rerecord all voices.

Special leaks for youtubers: Most captain's voices got rerecorded according to community feedback. I plan on releasing Audio Report 2, as we finish little bit more planned work :) All gonna be ok, we don't ignore you guys.

All these negative comments make me sad. You all have only seen the small Work in progress tip of the iceberg of all the new awesome voices. The old ones simply couldn't stay in. The game needed more voice lines on the gameplay and more variety in lines. You guys do not need to worry about the quality of the new voices. They are awesome and they will grow on to you, just like the old lines have grown onto you ATM.

@migs321 My message was that you have not heard enough of it to make a good judgement. Replacements of voices need to grow onto you, and will sound 'out of character' at the start.

Crybabies, you only see a tiny fragment of these awesome WORK IN PROGRESS voices. You'll have to grow to the new voices. And there will be absolutly no official option for the old voices.

It looks like I agree with most people here in saying that I prefer the old captain voice.

The archer was dead on though! Hilarious.

I definitely noticed the soundscapes, very nice. You guys really have a passion for polish.

The Captain's voice doesn't need to be changed (not that the new one is bad, mind you)! I like the new Archer voice, though.

The captain's voice was fine as it was, the skirmisher is the one you needed to change. The archer's new voice is fantastic.

I prefer the old captain voice but the archer is completly spot on , couldnt be better. Pirate isnt bad but needs to be really gruff and serious , you need an older person to do it , you cant use someone in their twenties and make a believable old gruff captain.

This guy suck! period. All his recording have no passion and intensity in it. The only reason he aced in other Half Life remake mods is becuz he voiced for scientists...where his monotone and nerdy voice fit best.

Okay seriously, this mod is dead enough...why the hell are we wasting time inviting this guy just so he can fuck up the signature pirate voice of this mod.

The original pirate sound was AWESOME!.

Remember "take that ya land lover!" ? everytime some1 kill me and say that i make me want to impale his ass on a stick. The original voices were perfect for the mod. This new 1 sound like a drunk Scottish and it so monotone I probably felt asleep with 10 parrot pecking at my face.
