I recently converted, but the kit only has mag lips for 1 mag.

maybe i shuld invest in this, 2 things, will the kit include more magazine convertion kits than one or can it be bougt sepratly. and i got a problem with my scar the nozle sem to get stuck inside the barrel and f¤(U%/ck up the revilution, lubing dost fix it and its seems that the brass tube bends a litte down

If I put the open bolt we m14 precision (54 cm) inner barrel into my open bolt we scar, would the scar be able to shoot good? Or would there be not enough fps to project the bb out such a long barrel?

kinda a stupid question....if you put a longer inner barrel you will automatically have more fps!!!!!!

(i did put that inner barrel in my open bolt G39 and it hits around the 500fps, so it will be about the same for the open bolt scar I assume)

@ratech5915 Can you do a stress test with firing whole mags on full auto? I'm curious to see if it can do it without the magazines freezing. This was a very big issue with the original brass tube SCAR

This is odd as I chronoed my WE SCAR average at 442 FPS, about 100 FPS higher than what they chronoed that one at.

I'm also very curious about the overall performance difference we can expect to see (accuracy wise) with the installation of this kit, if any. An accuracy comparison video between the old AWSS system and the new open bolt conversion gun would be really cool to see and much appreciated.

@Tyrannosaurus10 I know my WE G36C uses the new open bolt design and a new hop up unit as well. It outshoots the WE SCAR in terms for range and accuracy, yet it fires about 100 FPS slower.

Does the Open Bolt kit make the SCAR shoot faster on ofull auto?? What about the coolddown? Can you fire a full mag on full auto without freezing it? And the last question about the Hop up: Is it really better than the old one? Because even with the RA-Tech stinger Hop up the BBs still fly to the right after 30m or so
