@htiekeith in this video. The red wire goes from the positive on the KZX1250 to the battery. The red wire was too heavy for this install so I have changed it to a less heavy wire.Then the yellow wire goes directly from the battery to the cell. The yellow wire is the positive. The black wire is grounded to the chassis. Hope this answers your question.

I am also working on a hydrogen heater but I wanted to finish this car application before I moved back to the heater. I think gas prices are going to rise soon around the world and I want to be prepared for it before it happens.

Myself I'm going to focus on heating technology with HHO but I think you are on to something. Your setups are very simple and clean. I hope your results look as good as your engineering.
It automatically senses when the engine is running and not. It automatically turns on and off. This is a great feature. I really like it.

I don`t know the exact gauge but it is wire used for car audio equipment. It`s pretty beefy.

Can this PWM also work, if your Dry-Cell has permanent Earth through the Mounting Bolts ? or is there another way of connecting it ?

Yes it would. There are many people using this tech on semi's and seeing 20 to 50 % gains.
