70% of the tracks on the original LP Revolver were ones featuring Paul on vocals... maybe it was an effort to give John maximum input on this one... maybe - Lots of thngs were happening after the Hard Day's Night era. The Help! LP also featured John on four of the seven vocal tracks. Of course they were putting out music at such a pace before 1967 they all got way more than even solo artists of that period.
@07311952 Seems you are right...Which perplexes me as George was uncomfortable on bass. This can be heard on a take for Hey Jude. her he says he really doesn't know how to play bass that well. I am surprised that Paul was not on this...He didn't even record backing vocals. it's just John and George on vocals. Thanks. I learned my one new thing for today
