Yeah this video is a tribute to all the hilarious things Adam has done :). I don't like the seriousness now either, and when they attempt funny, it fails a lot. X-Play used to practice the philosophy that games aren't meant to be taken seriously, but they lost sight of that. What's funny is how a budget changes a person... Well I think it's mainly Neal Tiles' fault. Who knows.
It's Neil Tile and his yuppy politicaly corect poster boy douchebag from MTV. Any time I've seen videos of Morgan and Adam behind the scenes or elsewhere, their personalities in real life are just like they were on X-Play. In fact there's a very recent segment with Adam and Kevin anounceing Fat Princess, and in that Adam was his adorkable self, arms flailing in excitement as him and Kevin fanboyed over the game. lol
And even without their sence of humor being sencored as it would certainly apear to be, the mere change in format is enough to prevent them from playing off eachother or seting any kind of runing joke or theme up, because the actual reviews seem shorter and Blair is CONSTANTLY hogging airtime with his realy awkward unfunny jokes, his lack of real knowlege about ANYTHING and his constant apologising for his own bad jokes. (I HATE HIM)
I think we need to petition G4 to get rid of Blair and restore X-Play to it's former glory. We should petition them angrily. But inteligently. We don't want to sound like the anime game fans.

Unfortunately though, it can never be redeemed to its former state because we could get a petition with 5 million signatures and G4 wouldn't blink twice. They're dead set that the TechTV ways aren't good for ratings and "proved" that point with G4Rewind 2 summers ago. The ratings were doing well for the first half of the summer, then started to bomb and prove their point. However, they set it up to..
fail because mid-summer they started showing reruns of episodes they showed the first half of the summer. Why would people keep watching when they saw the episode just a month before? So because of that and many other indications, the channel is past the point of ever being as good as it once was.

Well it was either paintball or just regular plactic bb's, but it sure was hilarious. Saw it a few years ago and still remember it to this day! The camera man gets shot and adam runs from him and adam walks in to a room full of enemy players and saids," Oh this isnt the bathroom." and walks out. Its hilarious and he turns on the lights, all the people were yelling at him and he yelled," Oops sorry!" and turned them back on! OMG i have to find ittt!
The only one I can think of that involves paintball or maybe it was airsoft they were doing. I vaguely remember like Adam and Morgan were fighting over a game they both wanted to review and Adam said Morgan wasn't good at shooters so Ryan said whoever wins the airsoft thing gets to review the game and the loser has to wear a tutu on the show. Of course Adam lost haha love the pic of him in a tutu XD.
