He used to do this every night during this same song, there's no way someone could rip their mouth open like that on a regular basis and perform. His mouth would never heal and he would risk infection. Now the chest scratching was definitely real, but the mouth stuff? No.
God, dude. I saw them last night in a very small theater and the few people that were there were louder than that entire Family Values crowd. -_-...Granted, last night's show looked better than this one. xD

I paid for a full price ticket for this one band on this entire tour. As soon as they were done, I LEFT.
And after the show, I was privileged and honored to shake Kyo's hand. Meeting him, with my slight nervous bow and mumbled "Domo arigatou gozaimashita, Kyo-sama," was honestly probably one of the best moments of my life. Thanking that man for saving me, for bearing his soul, even though hardly anyone there appreciated and understood anything about them, was a dream come true.
Now you see, it's fans like you who keep Kyo willing to tour internationally. I think it's obvious he hates doing it, and at times I really wonder why he puts up with it. I hate the other types of obnoxious, loud and selfish fan....whereas you really told him something from the heart.

Korn's been at since 1993 as well! and have been able to have success and be in spotlight along time, alot of other bands look up to bands like that, And korn had great success now they're giving back to the people by bringing alot new talent/and some of there favorite bands on tour!Im thankful korn brought dir en grey cause i had NO idea about them
kyo looked kinda nervous out there at the beginning of kodoku ni shisu, yueni kodoku but i think its one of there best performances of the song ever XD

i saw them at family values in tampa, and they actually had a huge crowd when they performed, i was literally on the gate between security and the stage, these guys were fucking amazing, dude destroyed himself, put a bucket over his head and beat the shit out of it, took it off and was bleeding everywhere, it was badass!

most of the audience is american and sadly my fellow nation members aren't exactly open minded, music has no boundaries, you can literally feel the intensity from his screams
I went to FVT to see them and yeah the crowd were pretty lame when they were on. I think it was a combo between the fact that most of the crowd didn't know them and the language thing. I had the time of my life though. AND I felt honored when I heard somebody say "IDK 'em but their drummer is fucking awesome" lol XD

@michikuTV everyone down tunes their guitars, even the gazette down tune it all the way to drop B and every album that dir en grey made had shown a progressive attitude towards metal, zan which was on one of their first cds already shown metal elements and vulgar was made 7 years ago the height of korn's popularity and which shows a reason why'd you think they copied korn but marrow of the bone sounded nothing like korn, nor did uroboros, or the new singles.

i saw them at family values in tampa, and they actually had a huge crowd when they performed, i was literally on the gate between security and the stage, these guys were fucking amazing, dude destroyed himself, put a bucket over his head and beat the shit out of it, took it off and was bleeding everywhere, it was badass!

I went to FVT to see them and yeah the crowd were pretty lame when they were on. I think it was a combo between the fact that most of the crowd didn't know them and the language thing. I had the time of my life though. AND I felt honored when I heard somebody say "IDK 'em but their drummer is fucking awesome" lol XD
