There are two kinds of cataquacks, red and blue ones. The blue ones fling you up, but the red ones fiing you up and you lose health. The things you fight in this level are Plungelos. They, of course, harm you if you touch them. They don't fling you (at least I don't think they do.)

i know a secret way to get on the mirrors than do all that stuff

you do that high jump onto the eggs wall thing then use the hover nossel to go on the mirror (that only works for the lowest one)

in the racing level you must chest to win wall to wall jump and the hill you land on you will not slide off so just run over the hill and you will see the post.and win.
