Thanks you very much. It really kind of depends on the weights you use. I suppose, fr a general guideline, you should complete about 20 repetitions each for maybe 2 to 4 sets. When done right with little to no rest in between and using high intensity, you'll be exhausted after 2 to 4 sets.
I'm not sure how long it would take for you to see results doing this alone. I had been working out for about three years before coming up with this routine. I'm a personal trainer and I'm always brainstorming ways to work out. So, in the midst of a brainstorm, this came to me as a good routine for myself and anyone who could handle it. As far as results go, I generally tell clients to give it a good 3 months of hard work and healthy eating for significant results.
