To solve the CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+T not working .. you have to click the move control and click of the drawing space, this will make a popup box come up asking you whether you want to apply it .. hit APPLY, you can then use CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+T to make more copys :) Thumb up so we don't keep getting people repeating what has been asked.

@matt10342 You can't set a .psd as your wallpaper. In Photoshop you have to save the .psd as a .jpeg and then set that image as your desktop background.

@HotScreens Dude... That happens when you try to transform/select something that has nothing there. In other words, you're trying to transform a blank layer. Try selecting the right layer =P

Thank you for explaining the stroke path problem. I've seen a lot of tutorials that create that effect without explaining how to get it to work. I was tired of having to use my wet style brushes to get it to look right.

@MrKingofwhatever If you look closely, I actually have Vista in this tutorial. And it's not a theme, I actually moved the taskbar up top and installed RocketDock for the dock at the bottom =)
@MrKingofwhatever Right-click it and make sure "Lock the taskbar" isn't checked. Then you can just click and drag the taskbar from the bottom to the top (or the sides, if you want). Afterwards I'd recommend locking your taskbar so you don't accidentally move it later.
@OpeNSniperUnitz I had the same problem, but I fixed it by right clicking on the layer with the lines, and clicking "Convert to smart object" or something along those lines. The warp tool was then available.

@MrKingofwhatever Right-click it and make sure "Lock the taskbar" isn't checked. Then you can just click and drag the taskbar from the bottom to the top (or the sides, if you want). Afterwards I'd recommend locking your taskbar so you don't accidentally move it later.

@OpeNSniperUnitz I had the same problem, but I fixed it by right clicking on the layer with the lines, and clicking "Convert to smart object" or something along those lines. The warp tool was then available.

When i try to Free transform it gives me this error "Could not transfor the path because the selected portion of the path does not enclose any pixels."
I've already tryed "ctrl+t" and I went to edit on the main menu bar and click free transform my self and it still says that and i made a differnt object and tryed it on that and it didnt work please help!!!
