It is a TnC ACM2. The Nady RSM-4 is basically the same thing.

That looks like a Nady RSM-4, is that correct?
I just bought one. Decent mic, but I haven't gotten quite used to its lack of high end. Not sure if I like it yet. It showed up with a slack ribbon, which I tensioned better and it improved the sound, but it's still not as clear as a condenser or even a dynamic by a long shot.

This little video was made to illustrate what happens when the ribbon element becomes stretched. It was made for a specific post on a specific forum. So I can imagine if you found this by browsing it would be somewhat confusing or good for a general WTF moment.
