With all due respect, you've been misinformed but you're not the only one. Many people have been misled to believe that Hitler created propaganda but the truth is that propaganda existed already. People like Edward Bernays had already given shape to the propaganda way before the second world war. Hitler just used propaganda techniques created in the U.S by Bernays.

@ThePlot911 Goebbles had copies of Bernays books in his bookshelf. The fact that the West blamed world war 2 on Freuds theory of repressed human urges manifesting itself was the launching point to Bernays style propaganda being truly implemented in the West.
