Wow, you are strong! Are you able to kneel without holding onto something? I don't know if it's because your holding onto your chair, but it look like you can.

thx i cant do that yet cuz my chair is so high but im getting that fixed to were my wheels r gonna be slanted and lower

Ican Kid: Excellent job. I see that you have leverage technique down. I've been a para for six years and I still can't get that move down. I think one of the issues is that we don't have any carpeting in the house. Perhaps if I move the car next to a wall, it will stop this chair from sliding, which is my big problem.

I also saw a step ladder type device that helps get someone back into a chair after a fall. The problem is the thing is about $700.

Anyway, great job.

@rollerman2008 thank you.. you cant see it but one of my wheels is against my dresses. thats why it doesnt move. when im not in carpet i use a wall to stop my chair. i have seen those step things but in reality, you never know when or where you are going to fall out of you chair. thats why its important to learn how to get back on.. the longer u practice the easier it will get. good luck.
