Most of this has nothing to do with Google or the "I'm Feeling Lucky" feature. These are sites made by other people, I'm feeling lucky just chooses the first website link of your search results. Gizoogle for instance is made by other people, whole different site that would appear as the first link if "Gizoogle" is in your search name.
