@KampfGruppeWeAxe I can think of no occurence of your claim beside the OJ simpson trial in which he was justifiably acquitted.I do however recall the Duke Lacrosse team that most definately raped a young African-American woman and were simply acquited by the "white privilege" that our courtrooms still use to prevent justice for Blacks even today.The findings in that case were flawed and those men should have been imprisoned for rape.
