  • OMG - the master at his best.

    Thanks-John

  • I love this song!

  • And

  • Sees

  • oh yeah. Thats Segovia. I can tell by the strumming and frequent pauses he takes between some of the strums.

  • is really Segovia playing in this piece?

  • @JusticierodelYuTube Absolutey - Sound Recognition software recognized it, and you can actually buy it at at AmazonMP3, etc. - see bottom of screen :)

  • @JusticierodelYuTube yes it is segovia at his prime..

  • i for one love this song. it is one of the more beautiful guitar songs that i have heard, even if it was originally made for piano. thank you for this

  • Magnífico.

  • Great job!!

  • Beautiful, I am a concert classical guitarist and am usually apalled by 'virtuosos' that try to play this as fast as possible just because they CAN, it's refreshing to hear the Maestro playing it as it should be, at a proper tempo and with FEELING! This proves why Segovia is the most important guitarist of the 20th Century and one of the most influential in the history of the guitar!

  • note for note played as albeniz composed it...Segovia had too much respect for composers to change what was written (even though this was originally composed for piano) it is still a faithfull reproduction...played at a sensible tempo with the feeling only the master can produce !!!

  • real flamengo!!

  • I saw him Live at Lincoln Center (mid 70's?) He brought the House Down!!!

Had to have been in his 80's-I will never forget Segovia's sound.

  • Wonderful!! Thank for this gift.... Dziekuje! Gracias!

  • Beautiful music,sank q andrew.

  • Wonderful, beautiful music who's the artist?

    Thank you very much

  • i think this version is played by segovia.

  • The artist was Isaac Albéniz from Gerona (Spain) . he was born in 1860 in a village from Gerona called Camprodón.

  • albeniz wrote this veriesion for segovia.

  • Love this guitar playing. Noticed my favorite George Benson album is 'White Rabbit' from the early 70's. "El Mar" in particular. Figured the Spanish guitar is what attracts me to it. Came here and very much enjoyed the video. Would this be classical Spanish guitar? I'm not very knowledgeable, but do enjoy listening. Thanks much....

  • 5 stars ..

  • HERMOSO...felicidades por su video es estupendo. BENDICIONES.

  • To jest zwyczajnie piękne. Gra, utwór, zdięcia i obrazy. Ileż w tym wszystkim temperamentu i jednocześnie tłumionego smutku.

  • non so che dire....rapimento..estasi..passione

  • Nice! Very nice! No, fantastic!!!!

  • I've listened to the others and only Segovia's playing sounds truly alive to me. Current trends dismiss Segovia but he will be remembered when all others are swept away.

  • Fantabulous! Is there such a word!

  • yes, i use it daily...

  • Very very very sexy women dancers, very artistique and exotique.

  • Beautiful song, amazing guitarist, beautiful pictures, and an altogether perfect video

    Thanks andrewgrummanJC

  • You captured the spirit of it very well.

  • TKS :)
