@CrazyFriendsClan there is no proof of any god, may it be a hindu or any other deity, it doesn't matter if this monkey god exists or not, he is a cultural thing. he has very good qualities which we should inherit in our lives! hanuman is a character from ramayana, after you read it, you will know about the qualities he possessed. hanuman is worshipped in hindu communities, because of his qualities i mentioned. same goes with lord Ganesha, who is venerated as remover of obstacles.

animals like cow, rivers like ganges, are personified as symbol of selfless giving, and thus venerated! as far as monkey worship is concerned, monkeys are not worshiped bt hanuman is worshiped. that's why i wz repeatedly saying go and read about concept of monism, and other concepts of god, in hinduism. we can learn from good character of hanuman, it doesn't matter that he is monkey, or he exists or not.

I watched this whole thing through to see how many Disney characters they ripped off. I counted 4, Belle, Tarzan, Zazu, and Kaa from the Jungle Book. Probably 5 if you count the crocodile, though I don't remember which movie it came from but it looks too good for the other animation so I assume it's Disney.

I'm curious though, who is the character with the sitar and what does "marayirim" mean?
