I just "discovered" org-mode and this video was extremely helpful. When delivering technical information, is it very difficult to get the pacing right and you nailed it. Well done -- both the context and delivery.

You seem to narrow the buffer and jump directly between outline blocks, staying narrowed. How do you do this? I've been unable to find a command to do it.
