Just because two songs sync up well doesn't mean one stole from the other :P Though I'll be the first to admit that the bass line is INCREDIBLY similar, to a degree that makes me wonder if the Phoenix Wright's composer has played this game before lol. Regardless, thief or not, Cornered will always be better than the cheetah man song. This isn't the music industry, using a similar bass line in a video game isn't a crime. The bass line is the ONLY similar part, even if the melodies sync well.

I see the simalar beats, tempo and some tones are very simaliar indeed. I don't think it was their intentions to use The Cheetamen theme as one of their many songs. However it would be intresting for Capcom to remake The Cheetamen propertly. The comic etc had great potenial however it was made by a dumb ass game maker that never bothered to checked their work and made a bunch of crappy gameswith lots of glitches
