As much as I love the older silverchair stuff. I am equally in love with their newer stuff. It's great to listen to angsty music like this but also is refreshing to hear happier tunes like they're making now.

I love this perfomance. Sometimes you need to exorcize your angry somewhere else. But it's sad that most of the people can't see the beauty in songs like this and also see the worth of their more recent stuff, more melodic, orchestral and soft songs. Because human beings can be and feel both things, in different moments of life.

I'm happy to hear that you're trying to avoid kfc but it's a fact that some groups of people don't eat animal products their whole life, be it for religious or moral reasons ( in india for instance) and they are not damaging their health. I don't know where you come from, but in most industrial countries it's pretty arguable that the common animal products support someone's health. antibiotics, stress hormones, various harmful substances, bad fats..

I love silverchair. I'm not a vegan and I think vegans are hilarious. Is the meat industry humane? no? Is killing for food ever really humane? No. I guess since a cabbage can't scream while you eat it it's ok? Face it you gotta kill to eat. all food was alive in some way before you ate it. goodbye.

I love this song and I think the lyrics are fucking true. there is no doubt that we all live off each other and that noone can manage to live without harming others in the one or other way. my consideration isn't only for animals but as I can and have to make a choice, I'll choose to eat something that hasn't got a vegetative nervous system instead of beings I KNOW they feel fear and pain.

I won't judge anyone who has to eat whatever he or she gets in order to survive but we live in such luxury, there is no excuse to exept and boost the horrible things that are going on with animals. take a look at one of the kentucky fried chicken clips, there's actually one with daniel johns himself on youtube and tell me if you find that hilarious too.

personally I try not to eat at kfc. I saw clips of them torturing chickens. True in our world we don't have the urgency to eat meat as prehistoric man did but we need some kind of meat due to the vitamins and other nutrients inside meat. Substituting beans for meat wont truely cut it. even if you eat meat sparingly

like the Japanese did that would be a great alternative.
