hey i could not install the program on the other computer. gave me some sort of error somethin about a same file or same name but this is the first time i put it in that computer. any way the other computer is a laptop with vista and i am trying to access it from another cp with xp, are they compatible , vista and xp, with this program?

i also tried uvnc but could not download it to the vista. what other programs can i use?

yes, because in order for the program to work, the other person has to be aware that someone is trying to control their computer. it's the same thing that computer company's use for remote tech support.

seeing as how the person who is letting you on their computer has to have full knowledge and consent for this to work, then there is nothing illegal about it. You can't "hack" into anyone's computer with this. They have to know you are accessing it in order for you to get the code.
