how can i add text and numbers value on a drop down box.

i.e if from drop down box OFF is selected on 2 cells it appers off in 3rd cell.. and when the time is selceted on same cells it appears with the time..

I have list data in one sheet and place where I wanna create list - in another in the same workbook. I cannot go and select list data from the other sheet to create list in some sheet. Why?
