i think no.3 answer is incorrect. according to sia's book it should be turn the lights off. but i got 4 out of 5. thanks!

turning the lights off is far different from removing the bulb... and don't depend on Sia, some of the information written in her book are not accurate...

You don't remove the bulb to turn a light off! Careful reading. I also states environmental factors. The light BULB is not an environmental factor, whereas light may be one.
