I saw this film when I was around 10 years old and ever since I haven't stopped loving it. I am now 17, a Film student, and this is definitely one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen. Luc Besson is such an inspiration even thought I don't have much similarities with him when it comes to stylistics or themes.

Always wanted to know what the drug he was taking. It's weird seeing oldman go so over the top with this performance and then be so measured and reserved in Tinker, Tailor, Solider, Spy. Personally, this is one of the best movies i've ever seen. I was about 9 or 10 when I first saw, but I keep coming back to it and watch it again ever so often. One, this movie is not something normally found in all those other bullshit movies with robots(transformers), and blue people(avatar)...This movie is unique and very well written.
