look at Sanda vs muay thai how they use these techniques against thai fighters. Iam not saying that sanda is better than muay thai or muay thai is better than sanda but both styles are based on very tested fighting techniques.

after 21 years of muay thai and over 38 fights i can tell u that if u try to catch a full power roudhouse kick without steping aside the kick will hurt u pretty bad.second in muay thai the first thing we do if the guy catch u like that without protecting his face its giving him a really nice elbow to the top of the head.when u catch a kick u must protect ur face at all time.!!!!
