@daewonskate That was the whole point of the TV show. A cliff-hanger ending to draw the viewers back to watch what happens next to The caped crusaders. It was fun, it was the theater of the insane, but most of all it was for kids. Now presently on tv, its either reality shows, or violent, sex and a death in every episode. If batman were made today, yes you would see the dark knight style of Batman. IE guns, blood and violence.
I remember a scene that was shot at night. Suddenly, a Bat-turn". The shoots deploy, (guess the Batmobile's brakes don't work so well!!) then.... screeeeeeechhhh..... the Batmobile drives away.....
Only problem was that as the Batmobile was turning, it was suddenly daytime!!
Now, why in the world couldn't they just make a U-Turn?? Needless wear and tear on tires!!
And what's with leaving those drag chutes in the street, for someone else to have to pick up?? The citizens of Gotham City have to pay workers to go pick those things up!!.... if that isn't enough, they just take up space in a landfill!!
There was an episode that actually showed an official Batchute Pickup Service van being summoned to collect the drag chutes. Now that's the job I want.
