For those who are complaining about the sound quality, you're spoiled rotten. You just don't understand that CDs didn't exist at one time. One day, when you're "older" and CDs have been replaced completely by iTunes, iPods and PC harddrives, one of your kids is going to find an "old" CD and wonder what it is. You'll see. Back in the day, audiophiles complained that CDs didn't sound as good as vinyl.

The problem with the sound here has nothing to do with vinyl. This is not a direct feed from the record player, it's a cheap camcorder mic in the room with someone's stereo. Of course it's going to sound like shit.

yea, I remember when I was 12 and my father was listening to his Van Halen LP'S on his turntable and I just sat their and listened to the music and I was hooked ever since, the combonation of Daves charasmatic attitude and Eddie guitar solos + Michael Anthonys background vocals & Alexs drumming, I now have since inherited his LP's and turntable cause he doesnt listen to them anymore so he let me have them.
