Frank - Do you mean the open-string vibrato? I basically try to hold the body of the guitar as tightly as possible, then bend the neck with my left hand. It works best with a guitar that doesn't have a super stiff neck. Check out Bill Frisell and Pierre Bensusan for this stuff; they're basically where I got it from.

Gorgeous, as always... I think I like your fingerstyle work perhaps more than anyone else's. It moves me unlike anyone else's, for sure. This one is especially cinematic. That OM sounds great, too. Well done, Mr. Gerken! I'm not sure I'll ever be able to aspire to your level of playing, but what I really want to be able to capture is the level of emotion in your compositions. Awesome.
