Given that we have only few players like Aaron, Ishant and Sreesanth who can consistently bowl above 140k+ it's sad that we allow these guys to burn out with IPL and try to make them line-and-length merchants. Yadav is a strong lad with genuine pace, let's hope his story is different!
Mr.Srinath made debut in 1992 and retired in 2003 during his reign he was the only genuine fast bowler of India but on the other side of the border In our Pakistan we always produce GENUINE FAST BOWLERS NON-STOP mind you Umar Gul and Wahab Riaz and Probably Aizaz Cheema (as far as i know) r not genuienly fast but examples of nowadays in Pakistan of pure quickies can be Sohail Khan, Mohammad Khalil and tonnes of other bowlers. But to see a duo of emerging God Blessed genuine quickies from India

THANK ALLAH its feels so great to see India introducing GENUINE FAST BOWLERS on the International Stage. The Express Duo of Umesh Yadav and Varun Aaron. Lets Pray To Almighty God that these two do not screw up their quick pace and talent and as a Muslim of Pakistan I really do wish that they turn out to be extremely successful but my advise will be BCCI and DLF not to push the duo into participating in everysingle match that their IPL teams play.
He looks really good on indian pitches...but if he wasnts to be successful in australia...he has to swing it...not other way...and i dont see much swing in him...even the new zealand bolwers who defeated australia, were not bowling fast...they swinging the bowl...
@majesticmaniac that's okay! He's still young. He'll get there, if the BCCI management don't screw him up first. That's a big IF. We've lost so many of our premium bowlers, munaf, RP, Sreesanth, Irfan, Balaji for one reason or the other. I hope we don't lose this guy. He looks really good. I think the BCCI should pay our fast bowlers like Zaheer, Ishanth and Umesh NOT to play in the IPL. Give them $500000 for not participating. The BCCI can afford it. Save our fast bowlers
@lalitadityamuktapida Absolutely said. The fast bowlers of India are the most screwed up creatures in cricket. IPL was the reason why Ishant sharma became too defensive in his bowling, lost his pace and become injury prone. We need bowlers as good as atleast a morne morkel or ravi rampaul, if not dale steyn.
@aravindnxmusic Wasn't Ishanth Sharma as fast as Morne Morkel when he debuted in 2007? As I recall, he used to bowl 140 Km/h very regularly. And the way he worked over Ponting. That's as good as Morne Morkel for you. We DO have bowlers who are as good. The BCCI screws them up. I really really hate the BCCI. I hope some other sport becomes popular in India to compete with cricket. Maybe F1? God only knows the BCCI needs some competition!

Seriously, what was the point in bringing up the england bowlers, and insulting them as well? Especially after our performance in England this year?We lost 4-0 end of story no point brooding over the past, we can only look the future. Just be glad that we have some good talent like Umesh and Varun.
