I love Neil Young and am so happy to see some die hard fans on here! Neil is indeed the one and only who can write, create, sing the songs like he does. His voice is unforgettable.... Neil Young's rock and roll will never die! He is so awesome at touching our hearts and souls...I love to watch him in recent performances....Glad he sticks with it...as he loves it like he does!
@whatev609 Neil Young and Crazy horse played in Portland, ME in I think early eighties and he played a lot of acoustic and electricI agree with you100%
@whatev609 Sad that young people like me (15) mostly dont know people like neil young. Im listening to him my whole life. Hes is such an awesome musician. But now lady gaga overtrumped him. Sad thing. Sad fact. Sad world.

Did anyone else have a problem that Cyndi Lauper was not only in there twice but was stuffed between Jim Morrison and Bob Dylan the first time, and then Neil Young and Bob Dylan and The Band the second time?
Other than the fact Cyndi Lauper shouldn't have ever been included among these greats, I love the video.
Very beautiful song that will continue to amaze me through all these years. Neil Young has done something not everyone is capable, touching lyrics with the catchy song. I could listen to this so much.
Maybe this will be the one song to be played at my funeral..
@curiousgeorge555 With whom-Do you mean someone else wrote the lyrics? I was damn fool enough to believe ROCK n ROLL could never die-but hear it is 2010 and the last burst of life from RR blew his Brains out after doing an amazingly large shot of heroin. ROCK is Dead.

thanx curious: I got lost on hash brownies at the Rust Never Sleeps concert. Couldn't find my seat, but I found the roadeyes. Many of your visuals flashed through my mind, though I'd never seen your video...until now.
Yes, indeed. Got to see the entire show from about ninety feet stage left. Then when the lights finally came up I couldn't find my date (she was a short brunette in a brown ski sweater). Crazy Horse took pity on me and invited to the buffett backstage as the loadout was occuring. Luckily, my date ran into a professor of hers from the college she was attending, and he gave her a ride back to the campus of the college she was attending and dropped her off at her dorm.
