Which Bassist is better? T.M. Stevens, Jaco Pastorius or Tetsuo Sakurai?

I know somebody's gonna say something about the Genres, so I'll explain. T.M. Stevens is a Funk Bassist. Tetsuo Sakurai is a Jazz-Fusion bassist who always plays Funk-Bass Solos. Jaco is more of a Jazz-Fusion bassist. All three of these Bassists have used effects at least ONCE.
