Ever since I bought my Iphone I've craved for this game. It's finally out, and although not quite as good as the Xbox versions, it's definately worth however much it was I paid to get it. It's an awesome game, the sounds and graphics aren't what an Xbox could do, but very impressive for the platform. I expected more from an ipad though. Just sayin'.

Looks good. Obviously, they've had to tone down a lot of the effects for the iDevices, and there's far fewer particles, but the core gameplay and look is there.

To the peoplesaying this should be on iPhone. You're wrong. When this game gets going, and I mean really gets going (it gets more frantic as you go along without dying), the size of the screen would mean you wouldn't have a clue what's going on. The dude playing in this video is actually dump at this. No offense. It takes time to get good at it. The unfortunate thing, is that it will take your life away with it's "one more go" attraction.

@sprtkes yea try Abstract war, meteor blitz, geo fighter, isotope nano fighter, pewpew, and pewpew2. Geometry wars is the best if youre trying to play a virtual duel nub shooter, and meteor blitz, is similar to super stardust HD/portable for ps3. Got it on my 360. But it looks great on the iPad. Looks like the controls of Dropship which work great.

@Ninjaboy890 The iPhone's CPU has less than 1/3 power of the iPad's A4 CPU. This would have looked horrible on then iPhone, even the 3GS. The iPad was able to handle the graphics.

@alipallyzx Yes I know already. Notice how I made that comment months before it came out. I got it the day it did and it doesn't run smooth for iphone3G/iPod touch 2nd gen and the graphics aren't the same. I now have it for iPhone 4 and it looks EXACTLY like the iPad version and is totally responsive.
