If not they probably spread word of a great dancer at the school such as Angelina & talk to her privatley or who knows what. I heard that its very difficult if not impossible to join the company if you're not Russian. I may be wrong.
This show was last november which was almost in the middle of the shool year. They put on a lot of gala's and 4 americans were invited from the Bolshoi Summer Intensive to go up to this november gala and perform with the school & many other schools in Russia.
I think the Bolshoi Company watches the exams of the graduating class.
Angelina. I dont know her last name but bajaderkaaaa says its Borontssova so I believe thats her last name. She's an amazing dancer. When you see her live you're literally breathless. She puts so much energy into all her movement & every detail. You really can't stop watching her. I heard she's part of the bolshoi company now. I've been hearing that she's a soloist but I definitely know she's in the company.

Is it the show for the end of school ? I mean, do these dancers auditionned for Bolshoi corps de ballet, for example ?
