Mongolian poverty is not a secret. I have seen this with my eyes in UB. IN UB, you have people driving SUVs and the vast majority living in shanty towns around UB. That's why you had those massive riots in late June this year. Mongolia has rich mineral resources but only a small minority benefit from it.
