Flashing a custom HTC HD2 (Leo) rom using an SD Card (Using HSPL)

for some reason i cant connect my htc, it says htc sync not active sync

I can't enter the bootloader mode. I had this problem once before but after trying dozends of times i finally got there, but i don't remember which SPL i had and now im having the same issue, can't enter to bootloader.. This is pulling me crazy :/ Im trying to flash a new rom to get my usb connection hopefully working.. lol

It is also a good idea to do a hard reset anytime you flash a custom rom.

I was stucked too, HD2 did not load and hard reset did not worked so I have tryied this trick and for the first time it did not worked too so I have formated the flashcard to FAT32 and IT WORKED!

when it goes to the multicolored screen, it flashes white as if it was going to the bootloader, but then goes back to multicolored screen and stays like that :( help?

hey, I downloaded one from the xda fourms and it only has two files. leo doftware upgrade and leoimg.nbh.does that mean that all I have to do it click and drag the leoimg.nbh file onto my sd? also, is does this going to clear my phone of all the stuff I have on it?

Now that is where you are WRONG, after holding down volume button it just show RGB screen and no loader~

Is it normal that the battery dies quicker than normal after flashing a rom ?

@DelvillarJose17 It should if you are syncing to your email facebook or anything of the sort it takes the phone 4 hours to fully sync to everything and do backups.

@DelvillarJose17 Yes definitely certain ROMS work differently to others, some deal with battery life well and unfortunately some do not.

No thats fine but when you say your isntalling Windows is is a official HTC rom with HTC Sense or Just Windows 6.5 on its own.

Oh its custom just because its made by chefs at xda, so its been pre tweaked and enhanced way pass the shitty stock roms

WoooW!! This is so easy... I just got one question.. I found a lot of different roms on XDA website... But how will I know if my language is included? I am from denmark.. The rom says multilanguage, but how will I know if the rom actually includes mine? Please answer :-)
