I made the board by using a full piece of foam board (from Wal-Mart). Put some batting on it and wrapped the fabric around it and hot glued it on the back. Then I just randomly stretched ribbons from edge to edge wrapped to the back and glued. The everywhere ribbons overlapped I glued them down and glued a button on top. I hope that's understandable...
