Yep, It's all about advertising and market presence. I just looked up the Net Insight main web page. 4 clicks through the website, and no pics or explanation of the product or system that could be easily discerned by the layman.

It doesn't matter which system is 'better'. What matters is which system has a better presence in a market, and whose salespersons have better relationships and a better understanding of the customers.
