Well, not exactly. They only sell them for 200 dollars with a 2 year contract, or an upgrade from a former phone which renews the contract. If you are NOT elidgable for an upgrade, you will either have to terminate your first contract ($115) and get the iPhone (199) and then a contract. Or you could keep your current contract and switch over to the iPhone for $399 (8GB) and I believe 499 (16GB). So yes, it can be expensive, depending on how long you've been with AT&T.
