The prosperity obama refers to is fiscal year 1999-2000 during which time the Pentagon can not account for 2.3 Trillion dollars in spending. Theft of 2.3 Trillion dollars can not be explained. So it counts as unprecedented prosperity because it is not counted as spending or theft or anything else.

It was exposed by a 1 year Pentagon audit. Whistle blowers forced the theft to be announced. Rumsfeld announced it 1 day before 9-11.

Unprecedented prosperity like that is what Obama refers to.

Anyone else get a horrid chill up and down their spine? FED just released a plan to dump $800 Billion! into the current system. And now He has FED in his very own cabinet. So much for the change we all were looking for. Instead we have what seems to be the change into the offical North American Union announcement. Radical? maybe.
