  • He would probably be a different person if he wasn't 5' 6

  • i live in wildwood born and raised i know this cop personally i know all these cops and they sit like vultures ready for you to say something to film them they have nothing to do its a ghost town we dont have mtv bringing attention to us this is what our cops do. our clubs are prejudice against us you speak and you have no idea this aint seaside heights this is the real jersey shore! this is what happens here we have no rights

  • @jerzziegurl then ur citizens should be receiving hefty 'retirement' settlements in the form of 42 USC 1983. look it up..

  • Don't now the story behind this, or if the cop was right or wrong. I do know that in general, the cops in the Wildwoods (and the towns themselves) will NOT put up with the same kinds of crap that the cops up in Seaside Heights & some other places do. So maybe Punks and "tough guys" should stay up there where they can have more of the place to themselves.

  • My only complaint is, that it took too long to body slam and handcuff him.

  • cops are hired thugs. arrest them

  • “Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated:

  • I went to grade school with this guy for a couple years.....not how I would want to show up at a reunion

  • ....and if the criminal was black or hispanic, it would have been because of his race, not because the guy broke the law. People like this are the reason we can speak our feelings. Freedom of speech. Enough said.

  • @fcclilley Hard to try someone for profiling, cant really find oiut if he is profiling unless you can get into someone's head.

  • Not true. You can never resist arrest. Notice how the video is edited. Why did he choke the guy out? Because the public doesn't see the cop getting assaulted.

  • Last I hear the pig weaseled out of the five year mandatory minimum sentence, and was allowed out on appeal bond. Anybody hear any updates?

  • i dint realise being skinny was a crime- but it probably will be in the usa.

  • It took 7 and a half years for this cop to finally have his day in court for his crimes. That's messed up.

  • most people who have a criminal record for something minor got it the usual way... THEY REFUSED TO SUBMIT TO THE LAWFUL AUTHORITY OF AN OFFICER who was sent there to bring the person into compliance with the law...do the crime and you will have to pay the legal penalty of having a criminal record for your lifetime, you can never become a legal professional after that nor a physician, that is the law, you also get deported if you are a foreigner. MOST PEOPLE GO THE OTHER WAY WHEN AN OFFICER

    .

  • This guy clearly did not cooperate with the cop. What you are missing is people are obligated to submit to the authority of a police officer regardless of wheteher the police officer is wrong. The person arrested is then brought to a judge for adjudication. If the officer if wrong then he/she is open to legal/civil penalties and punished accordingly. If a person choses to challenge the authority of a police officer in the street rather than in court then they are liable to criminal prosecution.

  • @NewtGunray This is actually totally wrong - the constitution explicitly allows for a citizen to resist arrest if it is unlawful.

  • @cardigan3000 Oh really?. Show me where.

  • @Shadowcaster316 Dude he just gave you the fucking information, google the shit jesus christ.

  • @Shadowcaster316 here are just a few examples:: constitution. org / uslaw / defunlaw.txt

    try that for starters

  • @NewtGunray your a dumbass

  • @NewtGunray You REALLY need some education. I'm not suggesting everyone should 'fight' the police in any manner; however, you are ONLY obligated (using your word) to 'submit to LAWFUL AUTHORITY. IF, and I emphasize 'IF,' the LEO's command/order IS UNLAWFUL, THEN you, as a citizen of the US have the constitutional right to 'resist.' You just better be sure you have it on tape (audio & video) because you will probably need it. Give respect where respect is due/earned. period

  • Romeo was found guilty today 3-8-2010 serves the worlds toughest midget right. he gets sentenced on 4-16-2010

  • Hey Hruska. He choked your . Skinny. You probably deserved it, you criminal. Assaulting a police officer. That's the part they edited out. Have fun flipping burgers the rest of your life. Eat a few, skinny.

  • When does this go to trial?

  • what a great video of the worlds toughest midget in action on 9-21-02. i wounder wtf he did not just take the plea the prosecution offered.the guy that got arrested that night, and was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer??? and they wounder why no where near the same amount of people go to wildwood any more i think it might be due to the police force being worse the the hoodlums THE 1 WITH THE SMILE

  • ......so wrong...im just an average guy...but it's not right how the cops have the ability to at whim attack us...what guy watching this doesnt wanna defend the guy getting arrested...if it wouldnt ruin our lives...we would put abusive cops in their place...on our own...so sad

  • @Emptybottleofgin cop got what he deserved.. pressofatlanticcity. com/ news/ breaking/ article_e3b38578-64d9-11df-828b-001cc4c03286. html you'll need to put it all together
